Hesperia Election Night: Navarro, Gregg and Baum Lead Early City Council District Counts

HESPERIA, San Bernardino County — November 3, 2026. The county’s first Election Night results show three different leading candidates in Hesperia’s City Council districts 2, 3 and 4. Every figure below is from the 10 p.m. unofficial report and may change as more ballots are processed.

District 2

Jessica Navarro led with 674 votes (42.26%), followed by Allison Lee with 587 (36.80%) and David Bashar Ellis with 334 (20.94%). The registrar reported 8 of 17 precincts (47.06%).

District 3

Cameron Gregg had 993 votes (44.79%), Nando Monarrez 819 (36.94%) and Jacqueline Maheata “Chaplian” Tahauri 405 (18.27%). Officials listed 6 of 9 precincts (66.67%).

District 4

Erin Baum had 915 votes (45.68%), Darrel A. Sauceda Jr. 590 (29.46%) and Leticia “Letty” Cisneros 498 (24.86%). The results showed 10 of 20 precincts reporting (50%).

These are three separate district elections, not a single citywide popularity contest. District-level vote totals should not be added together as if every resident was eligible to choose every seat.

These figures come from San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters’ 10 p.m. November 3, 2026 unofficial Election Night report. They are a snapshot, not certified results. The listed precincts reporting reflect election-night precinct activity; additional eligible ballots may remain to be counted. A candidate’s early lead should not be described as a final victory.
